How it is built

AICS Tracking is a municipal social welfare case system built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and React. Applications move from intake through assessment, approval, release, and denial; the workspace carries the beneficiary profile, household context, requirements, case documents, and the case log.

The system also covers budget tracking, release management, document generation, bulk import, audit logs, and assistance reports. The screens use a generated demo dataset, not a client's records.

Book a call

Tell me what is still manual, and how much time it takes each week. This starts a short call: you describe the job, and I scope the smallest system that removes it.
