How it is built

Muni Track is a document tracking system for municipal offices, built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and React. Staff register a document, set an expected route, send it to the next office, and record receipt. Each document keeps its current holder, status, priority, route, attachments, and timeline.

The system also covers office queues, overdue documents, returns, completion, audit logs, and role-based access through municipal SSO. The screens use seeded sample documents, not a client's records.

Book a call

Tell me what is still manual, and how much time it takes each week. This starts a short call: you describe the job, and I scope the smallest system that removes it.
